Performance-Reward

Written by Theo T.

When can I request a Performance Reward?

A Performance Reward can only be requested once all of the following conditions are met:

  • At least 10 active trading days

  • Achievement of the profit target (including the 30% consistency rule in funding)

What counts as an active trading day?

  • At least one trade has been placed

  • There is no minimum profit requirement per trading day- Trades must be completed by 23:15 MEZ/MESZ to count as an active trading day.

When Does a Trading Day End?

The trading day ends daily at 5:15 PM (CT).

Performance rewards can be requested after the completion of the 10th trading day.

Drawdown adjustment after the first payout

After the first Performance Reward, the EOD drawdown is adjusted to the starting balance and remains fixed at that level permanently. The maximum drawdown is limited to 6% of the account size.

Performance Reward limits

  • Minimum: /

  • Maximum:

    • $1.500 max payout for 50k accounts

    • $2.000 max payout for 100k accounts

    • $3.000 max payout for 200k accounts

Can I withdraw all my profits at once?

For each Performance Reward request, a maximum of 50% of total profits can be withdrawn, up to the limits above. The processing time for payouts is a maximum of 48 hours.

The remaining profits stay in the account as a trading buffer.

Example (100K account – first Performance Reward)

  • Total profit: $6,000

  • Maximum payout (50% rule): $1.500/$2.000/$3.000

  • You can withdraw a maximum of $1.500/$2.000/$3.000 even if more profit is available

  • The remaining balance stays in the account as trading buffer

After the first Performance Reward

For every subsequent Performance Reward, at least 50% new profits must be generated since the last payout. The remaining payout share can come from the existing buffer in the account. Note that the buffer may shrink through repeated payouts but should remain sufficient to absorb drawdowns.Profits above the payout limit do not expire. For the next payout, only 50% of the desired amount needs to be newly earned, while the rest can come from the existing buffer. If the account is later closed, the remaining balance can be paid out gradually, except for a small residual amount.

Example 1

  • Balance after payout: $102,000

  • New Performance Reward: $1,000

  • Requirement: at least $500 new profit since the last payout

  • Result: Eligible for payout

Example 2

  • Balance after payout: $105,000

  • New Performance Reward: $2,000

  • Requirement: at least $1,000 new profit since the last payout

  • Result: Eligible for payout

Strategies to Maximize Payouts

  • Parallel Trading: Use multiple accounts (up to 10) to maximize your payout.

  • Buffer Management: Maintain a sufficient buffer to cushion drawdowns and ensure trading capacity.

  • Regular Review: Regularly review your profits and buffer to optimize your payout strategy.

What happens to consistency after a Performance Reward?

After each Performance Reward, the consistency is fully reset. It is then recalculated based on the next best trading day in the current trading cycle.

Profit Split Structure

From the very first $1 in profit, 90% is yours and 10% goes to the company.

This ensures you achieve a higher long-term profit without any tiered structure.

Example:
If you reach a total profit of $3,000:

With a 50% payout ($1,500), the split remains 90% for the trader / 10% for the company.

That means:
$1,350 for you / $150 for the company

Payout methods

Payouts are available via:

  • Crypto (USDT / USDC) bevorzugt USDC ERC-20 Netzwerk

  • Bank transfer ($30 transaction fees)
