No, there is no limit on the number of active challenges accounts at the same time. Users can run multiple challenges in parallel.
What happens if I pass more than 10 evaluations?
It is not possible to activate more than 10 challenge accounts at the same time. However, passed challenges do not expire and do not incur any additional costs. They can be activated at a later time once an active funded account is lost and a new slot becomes available.
