A RESET resets your account balance* (both Eval and Funded) upon request for a corresponding fee. A RESET does NOT reset your time remaining. It is not the same as an "EXTEND".
A reset also resets parameters such as rules and statistics for a Challenge account, but does not extend its duration.
*Exception: Promo accounts, including the $9 promo account, cannot be reset!
Account Display Issues: If an account, such as a 50k account, is not visible in the dashboard, ensure all required agreements, like the data feed agreement, are signed. Open your dashboard on a laptop or PC and confirm the "Sign this Agreement" prompt. Once signed, the account should appear.
