Which server and where is my password?

In the dashboard, on the left under Platforms, you'll find the corresponding apps for download — both for desktop and for mobile trading. For contest participants, the platform can also be downloaded from the "Platforms" section in the dashboard. A detailed connection guide is available alongside the download link.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Web-Zugang für MT5 zu den IQ-Servern nicht angeboten wird. Nutzen Sie stattdessen die mobilen Apps oder die Desktop-Version.

Einrichtung eines MT5-Kontos

Um ein MT5-fähiges Konto bei IQ Capital zu erstellen, folgen Sie diesen Schritten:

  1. Melden Sie sich in Ihrem IQ Capital Dashboard an.

  2. Wählen Sie die Option „Buy a new challenge“.

  3. Wählen Sie oben „CFD + Crypto“ aus.

  4. Wählen Sie unten als Handelsplattform „IQ MT5“ aus. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bestehende Konten unverändert bleiben und unabhängig weiterlaufen.

Fehlermeldung „Invalid Account“

Wenn Sie die Fehlermeldung „Invalid Account“ erhalten, überprüfen Sie Folgendes:

  1. Wählen Sie in MT5 den richtigen Server des Brokers aus (z. B. „BeyondIQCapital-Server“).

  2. Verwenden Sie die im IQ Capital Dashboard angezeigten Zugangsdaten (Login/Account-Nummer, Passwort).

  3. Vermeiden Sie die Auswahl eines generischen Demo-Servers (z. B. MetaQuotes Demo).

  4. Öffnen Sie MT5, wählen Sie „Konto anmelden/Sign in“, suchen Sie den korrekten Broker/Servernamen und geben Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten ein.

Plattformwechsel

Ein Wechsel zu MT5 ist nur möglich, wenn auf dem bestehenden Konto noch keine Trades ausgeführt wurden. Sobald Handelshistorie vorhanden ist, bleibt das Konto auf der ursprünglich gewählten Plattform.

Einschränkungen bei Kontotypen

Giveaway-/Krypto-Konten können nicht in CFD-Konten für MT5 umgewandelt werden. Die Kontotypen basieren auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen und Datenfeeds.

Password & Login

You can always find your login credentials behind the corresponding account in the dashboard. Make sure to select the right account, as login credentials can sometimes differ between accounts.

Which server do I need to select?

If the server hasn't already been automatically entered by us, please use the following server: BeyondIQCapital-Server If the server "BeyondIQCapital-Server" is not visible in MT5, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Enter partial search terms like "Beyond" or "BeyondIQ" in the search field until the server appears.

  2. Restart your smartphone if the server remains invisible.

  3. Ensure that you have installed the correct app (MetaTrader 5, not MT4) and perform the server search in MT5.

  4. Manually enter the server name "BeyondIQCapital-Server" if necessary.
