In the dashboard, on the left under Platforms, you'll find the corresponding apps for download — both for desktop and for mobile trading. For contest participants, the platform can also be downloaded from the "Platforms" section in the dashboard. A detailed connection guide is available alongside the download link.
Password & Login
You can always find your login credentials behind the corresponding account in the dashboard. Make sure to select the right account, as login credentials can sometimes differ between accounts.
Which server do I need to select?
If the server hasn't already been automatically entered by us, please use the following server: BeyondIQCapital-Server If the server "BeyondIQCapital-Server" is not visible in MT5, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Enter partial search terms like "Beyond" or "BeyondIQ" in the search field until the server appears.
Restart your smartphone if the server remains invisible.
Ensure that you have installed the correct app (MetaTrader 5, not MT4) and perform the server search in MT5.
Manually enter the server name "BeyondIQCapital-Server" if necessary.
